Terms and Conditions for Tao Bin Membership Programme
Please read in detail and understand the terms and conditions related to “Tao Bin Membership Programme" in order to access and receive special offers and benefits.

1.  Tao Bin Membership Programme

Members under the Tao Bin Membership Programme refers to individuals who register through the taobinsingapore.com/loyalty-program (the “Website”), using their first and last name, email address, mobile phone number, date of birth, gender, residential postal code and occupation for membership registration.

Each member is entitled to only one account, and it is strictly prohibited to sell, transfer, or share the account with others. Violation of this Terms of Use may result in the cancellation of membership, rendering the individual ineligible to participate in the Tao Bin Membership Programme.

 

Membership accounts without point accumulation for a continuous period of over one year will be withdrawn from the program. If you wish to accumulate points, you must re-register as a new member.

 

All personal information provided for purposes of registering for the membership is collected by PepsiCo Singapore and is subject its privacy policy, available at taobinsingapore.com/personal-data-protection-policy. Please do not submit any personal information or data without first reading our Privacy Policy which explains our data use and privacy practices in detail.

2. Earning Points

When ordering beverages through the Tao Bin kiosk, the system will prompt you to enter your phone number to identify your Tao Bin Membership account, and the system will record points referred to as "shells". The conditions for earning points are as follows: For every S$0.50 spent on beverages, 1 shell will be earned.

 

3. Tao Bin Member Level

  • Upon registration, you will become a member at the "Walking Turtle" level.

  • When you accumulate 150 shells within one year from the registration date, you will advance to the "Flying Turtle" level.

  • If you accumulate 350 shells within one year from the registration date, you will advance to the highest level, "Master Turtle."

4. Maintaining Member Levels

  1. Walking Turtle: If you accumulate fewer than 150 shells within one year, you will not be demoted but will have the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

  2. Flying Turtle: To maintain this level, you must accumulate 150 shells within one year. If the remaining shells are less than 150, you will be demoted to the "Walking Turtle" level, with the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

  3. Master Turtle: To maintain this level, you must accumulate 350 shells within one year. If the remaining shells are less than 150, you will be demoted to the "Flying Turtle" level, with the remaining shells adjusted to 0.

 

​5. Tao Bin Membership Programme Rewards and Benefits

The benefits vary based on the membership level:

  1. Walking Turtle:

    • Receive a 50% discount coupon for one drink during your birthday month.

  2. Flying Turtle:

    • Free drink on level upgrade.

    • Free drink during your birthday month.

  3. Master Turtle:

    • Free drink on level upgrade.

    • Free drink during your birthday month.

    • Receive a New Year's gift from PepsiCo Singapore.

Additional Benefits:

  • Use 55 shells to get a free drink.

  • Special rewards during promotions, separate from point accumulation or New Year gifts.

 

Note: Accumulated shells cannot be exchanged for cash, and PepsiCo Singapore reserves the right to change point accumulation conditions and benefits without prior notice.

    • Register for special rewards through the Website or other channels specified by PepsiCo Singapore.

  10. Is there a membership fee?

    • No, there is no membership fee.

  11. How long does it take to see the update shell?

    • Shells earned from beverage purchases are updated and reflected in your account within 30 minutes.
